How It Works

Your path to relief

Two conditions, two clear pathways — and exactly what to expect at each step.

Care that meets you where you are

You're not alone

Care that meets you where you are

Whether it's you or someone you love, we make every step clear and comfortable — and we coordinate with your physician so nothing falls through the cracks.

Sleep apnea pathway

  • 1. Screen & refer. We review your symptoms and coordinate with your physician.
  • 2. Diagnose. A physician orders a sleep test (often at home) and makes the diagnosis.
  • 3. Fit your appliance. We scan your bite and make a custom device.
  • 4. Titrate & confirm. We fine-tune it and verify it's working with a follow-up test.
  • 5. Ongoing follow-up. You're followed by both your physician and our team — every 6 months the first year, then yearly.

TMJ / jaw pain pathway

  • 1. Evaluate. Dr. Delgado diagnoses the source of your jaw pain in office.
  • 2. Plan. We build a plan — usually a custom splint plus simple conservative care.
  • 3. Fit your splint. Custom-made to your bite for comfort and results.
  • 4. Adjust. We refine the fit as your symptoms settle.
  • 5. Maintain. We check in and taper care as you improve.

What to bring

  • Any prior sleep study or sleep-apnea diagnosis you already have
  • Your medical and dental insurance information
  • A list of symptoms and when they happen — and your partner's observations, if it's snoring

Why a physician is involved for sleep

By law and for your safety, a medical diagnosis of sleep apnea comes from a physician — in every state. Our role is the comfortable appliance that treats it, managed together with your doctor. It's also what makes the treatment covered by medical insurance.

Let's find out why you're not sleeping — and fix it comfortably.

Same family, same doctor, same trusted offices. Booking takes two minutes.
